
AutoLCR Overview
There are three components to the AutoLCR solution:
▪ The Billing System
Server and Software (your choice, we integrate with several)
▪ The AutoLCR Database Server and
the AutoLCR Routing Server
▪ The VOIP Switch and
Software (your switch, owned or managed)
Process Flow

- Carriers, Codes and
Rates are entered into your billing system using your existing
process.

- Codes and Rates are automatically uploaded to the AutoLCR system.
The upload can be scheduled or adhoc.
3 - Calling Plans and Partitions are defined to AutoLCR using a Web
Based interface.
4 - Endpoints, Resources or Connections are downloaded to AutoLCR, on demand, realtime using the Refresh from Switch
function.

- Routing data is updated on the VOIP switch using one of several proprietary interfaces.
6 - Routing data is automatically uploaded to the Routing Servers.
7 - Calls are routed to the Routing Server and the Least Cost Carriers are returned and rerouted on the switch.

- CDR's are downloaded to the AutoLCR server to create operational,
and revenue reports including ASR and ACD alerts.
Minimal user intervention is required to complete the entire process. If the need arises, key functions are available for you to fine tune the results of the route generation process.
Obsessive attention has been paid to
optimizing and automating the process to allow you to spend more
time on business matters, such as marketing and customer
satisfaction.
